Develop a proper supply chain & operations department
Dig out new business partners (Suppliers) who are cost effective and offered quality products.
Negotiate prices for the required materials with the suppliers to get the best market rate available
Ensure all the deliverable s are being meet within the agreed lead time
Forecast and managed stock levels as the projects requirements
Collaboration with international suppliers and make all the necessary arrangements and documents for import goods.
Actively involved in standardizing operating procedures for Supply chain & Operations department as per the industry best practices
Training, developing & mentoring subordinates & colleagues to ensure all essential functions and deliverable are being met on time
Monitor inventory re-ordering and replenishment requirements
Make operations flow charts for better understanding and identifying the bottle necks in operations
Remove all the possible bottle necks in the operations to keep the flow/supply of goods smooth

Managing and enabling the smooth flow of end to end supply chain from suppliers to our retail outlets
Actively involved in standardizing operating procedures
Ensuring and compliance of all inventory SOP’s
Forecast and manage the seasonal and events fluctuation on stock levels and make sure essential functions and deliverable are being met on time
Monitor inventory re-ordering and replenishment requirements
Keep close coordination, strong follow ups with valuable suppliers and make sure all the products should reached on their right destination as per the ordered quantity.
Present monthly “Performance Review” report to Head of Retail Operations with recommendations for further action plans
Communicate and coordinate with Central as well as Regional Distribution centers
Managed different product divisions like Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Power, automotive, & Digital category simultaneously.
Training, developing & mentoring subordinates & colleagues to ensure all essential functions and deliverable are being met on time
